HAB Sauce Seaweed Chili Crisp
From the maker: “This has been a project long in the making. Our first non hot sauce and product in a jar. The Oregon dulse seaweed gives it that extra umami flavor. Be careful, it’s easy to get addicted to this one.
I love spreading some out in a cast iron pan and frying my egg directly on top. Goes well with just about anything and everything.”
INGREDIENTS: Soybean oil, fried garlic, red chili flakes, Oregon dulse seaweed, tamari (water, soybeans, salt, sugar) fried shallots, monosodium glutamate (MSG), brown sugar and sea salt.

Jacobsen Furikake
Crunchy, umami-rich, and highly habit-forming, furikake seasoning is a staple in many Japanese home kitchens, and we can’t stop putting it on everything. This recipe features our JSC Kosher Sea Salt and Oregon Dulse (seaweed), both sustainably harvested from the Oregon Coast. We then add in Wadaman sesame seeds, a bit of sugar, and a touch of dried mushrooms to liven it up.

Marshalls Haute Sauce – Dulse Chive
Drawing inspiration from the Oregon coast and our love for the flavors of southeast Asian food, we began this sauce with fresh dulse seaweed harvested from the Pacific ocean, just a few hours drive from our hot sauce kitchen. Briny and brimming with umami, we took the seaweed and added white miso and smoky charred chives for a sauce that’s wonderfully savory. Use it as you would a (totally vegan!) fish sauce. It’s ready to drizzle over roasted brussel sprouts, into vegetable stir-fried or use as a marinade for tofu or chicken.
It is spicy, tangy, and has tons of flavor with a mild heat. It is perfect for Lamb Skewers and Bok Choy.
