Dressing can be made ahead of time.
Ingredients
- ½ pound fresh dulse
- Dressing:
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Black or white sesame seeds, for garnish
- Optional ingredients to add:
- 4 ounces carrots, thinly julienned
- 2-4 ounces daikon radish, thinly julienned
- Sliced or diced English cucumber
- 1 can shitake mushrooms (or fresh when available)
Instructions
- Rinse, pat dry, and chop the seaweed. Toss with the dressing. Add any additional ingredients
