Dulse Ceasar Dressing – “Seasar”
Seasar dressing will keep for about one week in the fridge.
- 1 oz dulse (can add more if preferred)
- 2 small garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup Parmesan
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Combine all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until creamy. Taste and add more dulse to your liking.
